My name is Brett McCarty

I’ve wanted to be a barber since I was a kid. In 2005, while delivering barber supplies, I realized I belonged behind the chair rather than just selling the tools. I’ve been barbering since 2010, and after one door closed at another shop, I decided it was finally time to build my own.

On March 29, 2024, I opened Beard & Barrel. It’s a modern vintage space built on grit, a lifelong dream, and the drive to set a higher standard for the men of West Georgia.
